SignalFrameworks / Institutional brief

Privacy

Effective August 10, 2026. This policy explains how SignalFrameworks handles information submitted through this website.

Information we collect

When you contact us or request a SignalScope, we may collect your name, email address, business or website name, message, and basic technical information used to prevent abuse. If work proceeds, we may also review publicly available business information within the agreed scope.

How we use it

We use submitted information to verify the business, respond to the request, prepare a proposal or agreed service, maintain security, and meet legal or operational obligations. A request does not begin a scan, subscribe you to marketing, or authorize publication of your information.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by the hosting, email, security, and customer-management providers needed to operate the service. We share only what is reasonably necessary for that purpose or when required by law.

Retention and security

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, legitimate business records, dispute resolution, or legal obligations. No internet service can promise absolute security, but we use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold, subject to legal and operational limits. Email hello@signalframeworks.com. We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
